Job description

Carl’s Jr Restaurants is looking for Overnight cashiers in the Colorado Springs area. The overnight cashier position will support the General Manager or Shift Managers and report directly to the General Manager. Overnight cashiers are responsible for handling guests orders, stocking and maintaining a clean front of house, as well as some small additional prep functions. This is an overnight positions (10pm-6am), all candidates must be able to work the overnight shift. 


Job Functions:

  • Smile and greet guests and request order immediately upon arrival.

  • Take orders and enter them into the point of sales terminal accurately.

  • Suggestive sell and answer menu questions.

  • Collect money and provide accurate change.

  • Assemble orders, including condiments and other service items needed or requested.

  • Ensure that guests receive only quality products.

  • Thank guests and invite them to return.

  • Serve guests within designated service time.

  • Keep sales area clean, organized and stocked.

  • Clean and stock beverage bar.

  • Clean dining room tables and seating.

  • Clean and stock restrooms.

  • Sweep and mop dining room and restroom floors frequently. Clean up spills immediately.

  • Assist other sales representatives as needed.

  • Perform other tasks as directed by general management and at all times represent the brand in a professional manner.

  • Ensure personal appearance meets company standard and displays professionalism at all times.

  • Recognize and adhere to all sanitation, safety, and security policies and procedures to provide a safe environment for all.

  • Maintain a cooperative, working relationship with all restaurant employees and above restaurant employees

  • Completing prep activities

  • Completing prep of portioning for products to make products easier to serve to guests
