 JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is seeking a Distribution and Processing Services Specialist I to be responsible for all incoming and outgoing mail service functions including processing registered, certified, and overnight mail.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Scan, weigh, and track mail/packages through internal systems
  • Prepare and ship packages via FedEx and other carriers
  • Support shipping, receiving, and warehouse-related activities
  • Operate mailroom equipment including postage machines and scanners
  • Manage print requests, copying, printing, folding, and document production
  • Support records management, facilities requests, and asset tracking
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal teams
