Job description

About the Position

For many of our patients, starting a family is the most important journey of their lives. They come to us hopeful, vulnerable, and in need of a physician who genuinely cares. If that kind of patient relationship is what drew you to medicine, this role was built for you.

Life IVF Center is seeking a board-eligible or board-certified OB/GYN to join our team in Irvine or Arcadia, California. This is a daytime-only position with no overnight call, a predictable schedule, and a culture that supports both your patients and you. We provide structured, hands-on training in fertility and IVF-related procedures alongside our world-class embryology and clinical teams, so no prior REI experience is required.

You will develop a highly specialized skill set in one of medicine's most rewarding fields, in a practice where your work genuinely changes lives.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $300,000 - $400,000 annually, commensurate with experience

* Full benefits package (health, dental, 401(k), and more) for full-time positions

* Bonus opportunities commensurate with experience and performance

* Paid malpractice insurance (claims-made or occurrence; tail coverage negotiated)

* Credentialing and licensing support provided

* Full-time, part-time, and per-diem arrangements available

Why Life IVF Center?

We offer a full spectrum of fertility services: ART procedures, reproductive surgeries, IUI, oocyte and embryo cryopreservation, genetic testing, donor oocyte, and gestational surrogacy.

Our mission is to make the path to parenthood as accessible, supportive, and successful as possible. That mission starts with our physicians. We are a close-knit team that invests in each other, and every role here, clinical and administrative alike, exists to give patients the best possible experience and outcome. Both locations feature state-of-the-art procedure rooms with on-site IVF and hormone laboratories, and our in-house marketing and administrative teams handle the business side so you can stay focused on what matters most: your patients.
