We are hiring Inventory Specialists for a brand-new, high-profile warehouse operation in Moreno Valley, California. This exciting start-up operation will run 24/7 and is looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about accuracy, teamwork, and operational excellence.

As an Inventory Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting warehouse operations, and helping build efficient processes during the launch of this exciting new operation.

What You'll Do
  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records and transactions
  • Perform cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliations
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
  • Support inbound, outbound, and storage operations
  • Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanning devices
  • Track inventory movements and ensure data accuracy
  • Partner with Operations, Quality, and Customer teams to support operational goals
  • Assist with process improvement initiatives and operational reporting
  • Maintain organized inventory locations and warehouse standards
  • Follow all safety and operational procedures

  • Responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy and integrity through the identification of problems and the implementation of appropriate corrective action plans.
  • Work closely with various departments and management regarding inventory issues and the appropriate resolution.
