Sales Development Representative

This is an on-site position located in Atlanta, GA. Crisp is committed to supporting candidates by offering relocation assistance for qualified applicants who require moving to the Atlanta area.

About the Role

As a Sales Development Representative at Crisp, you are the force multiplier behind a Crisp Growth Advisor; the person ensuring they're consistently in front of the right law firm owners, having the right conversations, at the right time.

This role reports to the Chief Commercial Officer while receiving direct day-to-day mentorship, coaching, and guidance from your paired Growth Advisor.

You own the engine behind the relationship-building process: outbound prospecting, CRM management, scheduling, pipeline organization, and converting inbound interest from our flagship podcast, conferences, events, referrals, and digital marketing into qualified discovery conversations.

The Growth Advisor leads the sales process and closes deals; your job is making sure the pipeline stays full and momentum never slows down.

This is a foundational role within Crisp's Growth Team and a true career path, not a parking spot. We hire people who want their Growth Advisor to win today while preparing to become a Growth Advisor themselves in the future.

Why Be a Sales Development Representative at Crisp?

  • Direct Mentorship & Career Growth: You'll work directly alongside experienced closers, receiving real-time coaching on real sales conversations and learning the full sales cycle firsthand.
  • A Brand That Opens Doors: You won't be cold-pitching an unknown company. Crisp is the #1 law firm growth company in America. Between the Crisp Game Changers Summit, the Game Changing Attorney Podcast, and our national reputation, there's a strong chance prospects already know who we are.
  • A Proven Growth Engine: With 14+ years of refined sales and marketing systems, you'll have strong messaging, high-quality inbound opportunities, and a clear path to success.
  • High-Level Conversations Daily: You'll engage directly with law firm owners and managing partners through outbound outreach, events, referrals, podcasts, and inbound leads.
  • A Founding-Team Opportunity: This is a foundational role on a rapidly growing team where top performers can make a major impact and accelerate their careers quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Run high-volume outbound outreach to law firm owners and managing partners across phone, email, LinkedIn, and event follow-up.
  • Qualify inbound leads from podcasts, conferences, referrals, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Own CRM hygiene and pipeline management for your Growth Advisor's pod inside HubSpot.
  • Coordinate scheduling, follow-up, and administrative support throughout the sales cycle.
  • Partner closely with marketing to maximize campaign and event conversion opportunities.
  • Represent Crisp at flagship events including the Crisp Game Changers Summit.
  • Consistently hit monthly targets for qualified meetings booked and qualified pipeline generated.

Requirements

  • Credible, extroverted, and energetic communicator who can earn attention quickly.
  • Resilient and persistent you don't take "no" personally.
  • Highly coachable with a strong desire to grow into a closing role.
  • Proven ability to connect with people, stay disciplined, and pursue goals relentlessly.
  • High standards and strong ambition good enough is never good enough.
  • Team-oriented mindset: you want your Growth Advisor to win while preparing for your own next step.
  • 03 years of full-time experience preferred; sales experience is a plus, not a requirement.

The Right Kind of Background

The strongest candidates often come from relationship-driven, high-energy environments like:

  • Hospitality and events
  • Recruiting and talent acquisition
  • Membership or association sales
  • Fundraising and donor relations
  • Sponsorship sales
  • Conference or ticket sales
  • College athletics
  • Or top-performing new graduates with clear evidence of hustle and initiative

We are not looking for career SaaS BDRs.

Crisp sells transformation, identity, and growth. The people who succeed here are naturally persuasive, emotionally intelligent, commercially curious, and capable of building trust quickly with business owners.

Benefits

  • 100% Company Paid Health/Vision/Dental.
  • 4% 401K Match.
  • Generous Paid Time Off.
  • Paid Parental Leave for New Parents.
  • Paid Relocation for Non-Local Candidates.
