Responsibilities typically include checking in late-arriving guests, handling reservations, responding to guest inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring the security and comfort of guests overnight. Employees in this role may also handle administrative tasks, process payments, and coordinate with other hotel departments. Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail are essential for success in this position.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an overnight hotel customer service representative?
