Job description

Description
Utilizes the Nursing Process for primarily office-based nursing services to the population of clients with mental health/substance use. Provides health and safety education programs to team members, clients, group home operators, residential settings, and Allwell staff as indicated.
May include limited travel to other offices, paid mileage eligible.
Requirements
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Current, active, valid, unrestricted Ohio nursing license (LPN or RN).
• Preferred 3-5 years of experience in nursing practice in full-time positions in a mental health, substance use disorder, or physical health setting with demonstrated leadership and teaching abilities.
• Must have current valid Ohio Driver's License and be acceptable to Allwell's insurance.
• Must have solid problem solving/nursing skills.
• Must be able to work as a team member.
• Must be able to prioritize and manage a schedule with multiple demands involving clients, colleagues, and the general public.
• Monitors productivity standards and licensure compliance issues.
