4. Using Claude (or a comparable LLM) and the cleaned CRM data, design and maintain an interactive, permanent artifact identifying each forensic lab by region, including analyst count, Technical Leader / Lab Director contact, current instrument list, current database and casework kit, and last visit date.
5. Keep the lab intelligence artifact current as FRAMs report lab visits and account changes; coordinate with the forensic DNA lab master list project to avoid duplicate data sets.
6. Working with the assigned FRAM and Contracts/Finance, help build and maintain a tracking mechanism identifying which customer contracts permit price increases and flag approaching deadlines.

4. High attention to detail and comfort with data cleanup and standardization work.
5. Ability to handle confidential customer, contract, and partner information appropriately.
6. Demonstrated proficiency in digital tools and technology, including Microsoft applications and mobile platforms, with the ability to adapt and leverage emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence, to improve efficiency, automation, and collaboration.
