Job description

Goodwill Kentucky is looking for an energetic, self-motivated, dynamic professional Data Analyst to join our team! The Data Analyst will ensure the integrity of data entry, follow up, and reporting as it relates to designated programs or grants. Job Type: Full-time, Non-Exempt
Essential Duties and Tasks:
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for receiving, reviewing, and accurately entering participant records/data fields in designated case management/reporting systems.
  • Maintains timely input of information in designated case management/reporting systems.
  • Resolves data discrepancies by requesting clarification or correction from appropriate person(s).
  • Identifies and corrects data inconsistencies and anomalies.
  • Maintains a collaborative relationship with program staff to ensure consistency of service in follow up.
  • Develops and performs audit procedures to measure and monitor staff proficiency and to ensure optimal data integrity.
  • Conduct participant follow-up at six (6) month and one (1) year milestones.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
  • Associate degree or one-year of work experience in lieu of college degree in workforce development/social services environments, such as a workforce development program and/or community rehabilitation program, providing services to individuals with disabilities and/or other disadvantages preferred.
  • Must demonstrate proficient knowledge of the Microsoft Office Word and Excel.

  • Must have satisfactory oral and written communication with the ability to provide excellent customer service and work with a variety of diverse people.
  • Must possess a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work.

Physical Demands:
  • This job may have physical requirements that considered sedentary work. Sedentary work involves sitting for long periods of time; occasional bending, squatting, kneeling, stooping; good finger dexterity and feeling; frequent repetitive motions; talking, hearing, and visual acuity and occasional lifting up to 15 pounds.
  • Travel across the state and to other locations beyond the assigned work location is rarely required.
