Job description

Sales Representative
YOU SHOULD WORK FOR EST:

Join EST Companies as our Sales Representative and help us deliver innovative solutions to government and industrial customers across the Eastern United States and beyond. You’ll combine sales expertise with technical knowledge to build trusted relationships, promote EST’s products and services, and drive profitable growth. If you’re motivated by customer engagement, technical problem‑solving, and making an impact with a family‑owned business, this is the role for you.

Preferred location is Virginia but are open to other states on a case by case basis.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Develop new business opportunities and support existing customers.

  • Build long‑term relationships through on‑site visits, demonstrations, and briefings.

  • Promote EST’s products and services by assessing customer applications and equipment needs.

  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to deliver accurate, competitive proposals.

  • Manage pipeline activity in CRM (Zoho) and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager.

  • Travel locally, with occasional overnight trips in the U.S.



RequirementsPHYSICAL & WORK ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
  • Ability to sit for extended periods at a computer.

  • Travel by commercial aircraft.

  • Routinely lift up to 50 lbs; occasionally up to 100 lbs.

  • Work outdoors under varying environmental conditions, with some exposure to hazardous materials and equipment.

  • Safely maneuver around vehicles, machinery, and moving objects.

  • Use ladders rated up to 300 lbs.
