  • Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline updates, forecasting, and opportunity information within the CRM.
  • Stay informed on litigation trends, legal industry developments, and competitive activity to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Travel throughout the territory and overnight as needed for client meetings and industry events.
Desired Background

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, persistent, and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
  • Strong professionalism, integrity, accountability, and follow-through.
  • Ability to manage a geographic sales territory, maintain an active pipeline, and consistently work toward revenue goals.
  • Willingness and ability to develop expertise in Magna's litigation support services and the litigation lifecycle.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Preferred
  • Experience selling professional services into law firms, corporate legal departments, or other legal industry clients.
  • Experience selling litigation support or related legal services.
  • Existing relationships within the Utah legal community.
  • Familiarity with the litigation process and the needs of plaintiff and defense law firms.
  • Experience partnering with subject matter experts during complex sales engagements.
$60,000 - $70,000 a year
