Looking for an overnight position that uses your incredible customer service skills?

We are looking for people just like you! Our Overnight Customer Service Representatives help customers online, in person, and over the phone. You'll provide our customers with a world-class customer experience.

What You'll Do

  • Welcome customers and work to provide the best customer experience possible
  • Help customers complete applications for lines of credit and installment loans
  • Work with team leads to meet and exceed monthly goals
  • Accurately assist customers with loan applications to completion
  • Answer any and all customer questions
  • Use company best practices to provide consistent and amazing customer service
  • Work with money being able to reconcile a cash drawer accurately is a must!
  • Listen and be able to build relationships with your customers and teammates
  • Participates in ongoing learning and development

Physical Demands
