Plan, organize, control and direct the work of employees of the Front Desk during the overnight shift while ensuring guest satisfaction. Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, and coach all employees in the Front Desk to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met: long-range strategic planning for outlet operation. College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management, two to three years previous experience in a line, supervisory or assistant manager position in Rooms.

A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work morning, afternoon, evening or overnight shifts, weekends and holidays. Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
