If you are hardworking, friendly, and know the importance of fantastic customer service, you could be a good fit at CTI. We have developed a collaborative and lively working environment, where the best and the brightest show up to work each day ready to have fun and employ their passion for and knowledge of technology in everything they do. So, what are we looking for?

We are looking for an AV Integration Technician for our Grand Rapids branch located in Wyoming, MI, whose attitude, skills, and work ethic will embody our mission “to provide a fantastic customer experience”. Somebody who is passionate about AV! We take pride in our employees, who are known in the industry as customer-focused problem-solvers who can get the job done.

- You have strong verbal and written communication skills and can be the face of our company to our clients.

Does experience count?

- AV/IT Networking: 4+ years of commercial integration audio-visual installation experience required
- 2+ years of leading commercial integration installations
- Education: An associate's degree is preferred, but not required. We will take into account your experience/skill level and what you bring to the table as an individual.
- Customer Service Experience: A must! As you can see, our customers are #1, and we need someone who can take care of them and treat them as such.
- Attitude and Aptitude: Are key! We need someone who is eager to learn and comes to work ready to tackle any situation.

What’s in it for you?

- Special gifts for significant life events, such as marriage, childbirth, and house buying.
- Cell phone reimbursement plan.
- Long and Short-Term Disability, and Life Insurance 100% paid by CTI.
- And more!
