Job description

We are seeking enthusiastic, driven, and experienced Assistant Store Managers to join our dynamic teams at our El Mirage location. If you're passionate about leadership, customer service, and creating a welcoming environment for cannabis consumers, we want to hear from you!

About the Role

As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll collaborate with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with state regulations, maintain inventory accuracy, and deliver exceptional service to our customers. You'll also play a key role in developing and leading a team of motivated employees to achieve performance goals and cultivate a positive store culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team to deliver top-notch customer experiences.
  • Maintain compliance with Arizona Department of Health Services regulations.
  • Conduct inventory audits and ensure accurate product scanning during transactions.
  • Partner with the procurement and marketing teams to drive sales promotions and marketing initiatives.
  • Address customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Assist with hiring, performance reviews, and team development.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of leadership experience, preferably in retail or dispensary settings.
  • Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid Facility Agent Card from ADHS.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team of 20+ staff members.
