About the Role
7-Eleven in Pflugerville is hiring Overnight Cashiers to support store operations during late-night hours. This customer-facing role includes handling transactions, stocking, food preparation, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
We are consistently hiring for evening and overnight shifts as part of our ongoing staffing needs.
This is a great opportunity for individuals who are reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently during overnight hours.
What Youll Do
  • Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
  • Operate the POS system and process fuel and cash transactions.
  • Promote rewards and loyalty programs.
  • Prepare food and beverages in accordance with company standards.
  • Maintain clean restrooms, pump stations, and store areas.
  • Stock and organize shelves and coolers.
  • Follow all food safety and health guidelines.
What Were Looking For
  • Must meet minimum age requirements as required by Texas law for the sale of alcohol and tobacco products.
  • Reliable and consistent attendance.
  • Ability to work independently during overnight shifts.
  • Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
  • Prior cashier or retail experience is preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Frequent bending, reaching, and movement throughout the store.
  • Ability to perform the essential job functions of this role with or without reasonable accommodation, including physical job duties throughout the duration of the shift.
