What are some common challenges faced by overhead crane operators on the job?

Overhead Crane Operators often face challenges such as maneuvering large or awkward loads in tight spaces and maintaining situational awareness to avoid workplace hazards. Adapting to varying load weights, changing worksite conditions, and communicating effectively with team members, especially spotters and ground personnel, is crucial.
