Job description

The Supervisor of Vendor Management is responsible for managing and evaluating third-party vendor partners to ensure quality, compliant, and cost-effective delivery of collections and customer service. This role builds and maintains vendor performance frameworks, conducts operational audits, and uses data analysis to guide decision-making and drive continuous improvement. The Supervisor serves as the primary liaison between internal leadership and vendor partners, managing risk and maintaining strong working relationships across multi-site, multi-state operations.

This position follows a hybrid work model based at our London, KY Office.


  • Manage and evaluate third-party vendor partners to ensure quality, cost-effective, and timely delivery of collections and customer service across a multi-state customer base.
  • Conduct operational audits and business reviews to assess vendor performance, identify risk, and implement corrective action.
  • Analyze vendor performance data and report findings and recommendations to leadership.
  • Build and maintain performance scorecards and reporting tools to track quality, efficiency, and service-level metrics.
  • Identify potential operational and compliance risks and implement mitigation strategies to protect service quality and regulatory standing.
  • Develop and mentor vendor-side team leaders and analysts to strengthen operational execution and accountability.
  • Partner with internal leadership to align vendor strategy with broader collections and customer service objectives

This position follows a hybrid work model based at our London, KY Office.

$65,000-$85,000 USD

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based on the U.S. average. The actual base salary offered for this full-time position will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to, location, skills, knowledge, competencies, and experience.

 

All full-time salaried employees are eligible for the following benefits, starting on day one: Flexible Paid Time Off Program, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability, and other voluntary coverages.
