As a Senior Manager on the Enterprise Operations as a Service Finance Operate team, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading complex Finance Operate engagements across Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report, Financial Planning and Analysis, and other finance domains.
  • Advising senior finance leaders on operating models, service delivery strategies, process performance, and technology enablement to improve efficiency, control, and resilience.
  • Owning end-to-end outcomes across transition, stabilization, and steady-state service delivery, including governance, quality, risk, timelines, financial performance, and onshore/offshore coordination.
  • Designing and mobilizing finance managed services solutions, including business process as a service and, where applicable, application managed services models.
  • Driving continuous transformation within the operate model through automation, analytics, AI, and reusable assets that improve cost to serve and insight.
  • Shaping business development and practice growth through opportunity development, proposal support, client relationship building, and coaching junior professionals.

Our Enterprise Operations as a Service Finance Operate team helps CFO organizations address complex operational challenges and modernize how finance services are delivered. We support services across Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), helping clients move beyond traditional full-time-equivalent-based business process outsourcing models toward more autonomous, technology-enabled operations.

By combining delivery experience, process knowledge, and Deloitte investments in automation, analytics, artificial intelligence, and other leading capabilities, we help clients accelerate time to value, reduce cost to serve, and improve stakeholder experience.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years of experience in finance transformation, finance and accounting business process outsourcing, managed services, shared services, or Finance Operate delivery
  • 5+ years of experience leading client-facing finance managed services, business process outsourcing, or Finance Operate engagements, including experience in solution design and one or more of the following: service mobilization, transition, stabilization, or steady-state delivery
  • 5+ years of experience leading teams in a client service, shared services, business process outsourcing, or operations environment
  • Experience leading managed services, business process outsourcing, or Finance Operate solutions in at least 2 of the following areas: Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report, or Financial Planning and Analysis
  • Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $163,400 to $322,100.
