We are currently seeking an experienced Counter Sales Associate to fill a full-time position.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service that includes greeting customers, guiding them through the showroom, and demonstrating multiple product lines.
  • Assist with inventory and stock maintenance.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, both via telephone and in-person.
  • Ensure that both homeowners and contractors obtain the correct materials.
  • Work directly with both inside and outside sales teams and assist design staff.
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of products and services.

Qualifications:

  • Computer skills are required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and BisTrack is a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize.
  • Possess both time management and organizational skills.
  • Building material sales and customer service experience.
  • Desire to continually learn new products and services.
  • Be a team player and effectively communicate with management and co-workers.
  • Prior industry experience is a plus, but not required.

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday 7 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Saturday 7 AM to 12 PM
