Are you ready to take the next step in your sales career and lead a high-performing team? As an Outside Sales Supervisor with EST, you'll guide and support a group of Outside Sales Representatives responsible for driving profitable growth across the U.S. You'll blend hands-on sales activity with team leadership-coaching reps, refining processes, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects EST's mission, vision, and values.
In this role, you'll represent EST at customer sites, trade shows, and industry events while helping your team develop strong relationships, pursue new business, and deliver exceptional service. If you're energized by developing people, strengthening customer partnerships, and shaping sales strategy, this is the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DETAILS:
Lead and Support the Outside Sales Team
  • Supervise,mentor, train, and evaluate Outside Sales Representatives.
  • Reviewweekly productivity, pipeline status, and performance metrics; conduct bi-monthlyperformance reviews.
  • Provideguidance on deal strategy, contract path selection, scope development, andpricing.
  • Partnerwith inside sales and adjacent team leads to align priorities and ensuresmooth collaboration.
  • Enforcecompliance with company policies, timekeeping, and performance standards.
  • Conductteam meetings to communicate updates, training, and process improvements.

Drive Sales Growth
  • Performall core outside sales activities, including customer needs assessments,quoting, relationship management, and CRM utilization.
  • Conducttechnical site visits to evaluate customer applications and identifyopportunities.
  • Cultivatestrong relationships with key industry partners, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Pursuenew prospects and business development opportunities across assignedregions.
  • Attendtrade shows and networking events (in-person and online) to promote ESTproducts and services.

Operational Excellence
  • MonitorCRM accuracy, project information, pricing, and scope of work qualityacross the team.
  • Analyzeeach team member's book of business and provide direction for customerengagement, vendor coordination, and pipeline throughput.
  • Collaboratewith the Sales Manager to identify product and service growthopportunities.
  • Maintainand responsibly manage assigned company property (vehicle, computer,etc.).
  • Travelextensively throughout the U.S. to support customers, team members, andbusiness development initiatives.

Requirements
  • 2-4 years of successful direct sales experience, preferably in industrial or government sales environments.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; in lieu of degree, 5+ years of related experience or equivalent combination.
  • Proven ability to exceed quotas and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close.
  • 2-4 years of experience working with government contracts.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, electrical, or electronic systems is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (ZOHO preferred).
  • Excellent communication, customer orientation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout the U.S.; valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Passport, military base passes, and other access credentials.
