Job description

Outside Sales Representative
Our client is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive rental revenue, merchandise sales, and overall territory growth across construction, industrial, and commercial markets. This role is responsible for customer acquisition, account management, and strategic sales execution while building strong long-term client relationships and supporting business expansion.
Your success will be defined by your ability to:
  • Generate rental revenue, merchandise sales, and overall account growth across your assigned territory
  • Develop new business by actively prospecting through jobsite visits, outreach calls, and client engagement activities
  • Expand and strengthen existing accounts by maintaining consistent communication and building long-term relationships
  • Consistently achieve or exceed weekly, monthly, and annual targets for rentals, merchandise, and used equipment sales
  • Identify and maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities during customer interactions and site visits
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, update activity logs, and provide reliable sales reports and forecasts
  • Collaborate effectively with inside sales, operations, and service teams to ensure smooth customer support and equipment availability
  • Support company promotions, campaigns, and on-site sales initiatives to drive product visibility and demand
Your strengths include:
  • Background in outside sales, account management, or business development within construction, industrial, or related industries
  • Strong ability to build rapport and maintain long-term customer relationships that drive repeat business
  • Proven track record of meeting sales goals, closing deals, and identifying revenue opportunities
