This position involves the direct management, training and coordination of the activities of unit installers and repair technicians as well as controlling inventory. Qualifications:

- Knowledge of HFC Broadband architecture
- Experience with coax tree and branch network design, construction, and troubleshooting
- Experience with installation and troubleshooting modem, phone and video
- Knowledge of fiber design, splicing, and troubleshooting
- FCC Proof of Performance, CLI, and system maintenance
- Understanding of power supply maintenance
- Understanding of test equipment and troubleshooting programs
