Title: Travel Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Outpatient Rehab / Pediatric & Adult SLP
Location: Onsite – Pikeville, KY
Duration: 13 Weeks Contract

Job Description:
Travel Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) providing outpatient rehab services for pediatric and adult patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and treat pediatric and adult patients with speech, language, and sensory-motor disorders
  • Develop individualized outpatient speech therapy treatment plans and goals
  • Deliver speech therapy, language therapy, and swallowing therapy in outpatient rehab setting
  • Document patient progress, treatment outcomes, and billing-related information
  • Provide patient and family education, including home exercise and therapy programs
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and referral sources
  • Support weekend and holiday coverage in acute/IPR settings when applicable
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and clinical best practices
