  • Ensure seamless operations: Plan and direct all aspects of restaurant operations - including systems management, budgeting, forecasting, product quality, cost controls, and policy implementation - ensuring alignment with business goals and profitability targets
  • Shape guest satisfaction strategies: Define and implement innovative guest service standards and initiatives, monitoring trends, gathering feedback, and driving solutions to enhance the guest experience
