What is an outlaw?

An outlaw is someone who lives outside the boundaries of the law, often engaging in illegal activities such as theft, smuggling, or evading authorities. Historically, outlaws were fugitives from justice, living on the fringes of society. In modern times, the term may be used more loosely to describe rebellious individuals who reject legal or societal norms. Outlaws often operate in high-risk environments and may form gangs or alliances for protection.
