SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Under the direction of the Team Manager, the Senior Associate will be responsible for ensuring quality, productivity, and efficient workflow on a daily basis. The Senior Associate will also be responsible for assessing, assigning, and monitoring daily workload, providing higher-level customer service, acting as a preceptor for all new staff and serving as both an internal and external resource. The Senior Associate will also assist in developing and maintaining policies and procedures, participate in special projects, and serve as a technical resource for the team to include full knowledge of all relevant systems and total revenue cycle operations.
High school diploma or GED plus 3 years job related experience required OR Associates Degree plus 1 year job related experience required. Medical Terminology knowledge and prior Revenue Cycle experience preferred. CRCR Certified (obtained within first year of employment) Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Excellent customer service, communication and technology skills are required.
