Description
Join Earth, Turf, and Wood as an Outdoor Living Consultant and be part of a team that transforms outdoor spaces into stunning, functional environments. With over 26 years of expertise in the construction industry, we pride ourselves on our innovative designs and commitment to customer satisfaction. In this role, you'll guide clients through the sales journey, from initial consultation to project completion, ensuring they fall in love with their vision. This isn't just a sales job; it's about crafting experiences and building lasting relationships.
You'll lead in-home consultations, design custom outdoor solutions, and collaborate with our design and production teams to create winning proposals. Your ability to read rooms, earn trust, and translate ideas into commitments will be key. If you have proven success in landscape construction, outdoor living, or home improvement sales, and possess strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects, we want to hear from you. In return, we offer competitive compensation, on-target earnings of $125,000+, paid time off, health benefits, and an IRA match. Let's create beautiful spaces together.
Responsibilities
• Lead engaging in-home consultations to understand clients' outdoor living aspirations and design tailored solutions.
• Conduct thorough property assessments, taking precise measurements to inform project scope and design.
• Collaborate closely with design and production teams to develop compelling proposals that meet client needs.
• Present proposals confidently, follow up diligently, and close deals while fostering long-term client relationships.
• Guide clients seamlessly from contract signing through to the final project walkthrough, ensuring satisfaction.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through networking and community engagement in Lancaster County.
• Stay informed about industry trends and innovations to offer clients the latest in outdoor living solutions.
Qualifications
• Experience in landscape construction, outdoor living, or home improvement sales.
• Ability to lead engaging in-home consultations and design tailored outdoor solutions.
• Proven track record of closing deals and fostering long-term client relationships.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to conduct thorough property assessments and take precise measurements.
• Experience collaborating with design and production teams to develop compelling proposals.
• Excellent communication skills to present proposals confidently and follow up diligently with clients.
