Job description

About Home at ESO

Home at ESO is a design-driven consumer products company specializing in the development, sourcing, and manufacturing of footwear and lifestyle goods for major retail partners. With a strong foundation in product innovation, trend analysis, and global production, we are expanding into our Home & Outdoor division to build new, scalable product lines.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and commercially minded Product Line Builder, Designer & Graphic Artist to help grow the Home division. This role is responsible for concepting, designing, and building cohesive product lines—from idea to shelf.

This is not just a graphic design role—you will play a key part in product development, branding, and line architecture, ensuring products are both visually compelling and retail-ready.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute complete product lines within the Home & Outdoor category
  • Design products including (but not limited to):
    • Fashion-forward leaf rakes
    • Gardening gloves, aprons, and planting accessories
    • Watering cans and outdoor décor (e.g., clocks)
    • Bird baths, birdhouses, and bird feeders
  • Create cohesive line assortments with consistent branding, color stories, and positioning
  • Design graphics for packaging, labels, and retail displays
  • Collaborate with sourcing and production teams to ensure designs are feasible and cost-effective
  • Research trends in home, garden, and outdoor living to inform product direction
  • Prepare detailed specs, tech packs, and production-ready files
  • Work cross-functionally with sales and merchandising teams to align products with retail needs

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in product design, industrial design, or graphic design
  • Experience working with consumer goods, home products, or accessories preferred
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating both product + graphic design work
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
  • Ability to balance creative vision with commercial viability
  • Experience working with overseas manufacturers or production teams is a plus

What We’re Looking For

  • Someone who can build a full product line—not just design individual items
  • Strong sense of trend, color, and market appeal
  • Ability to move fast in a high-output, retail-driven environment
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward execution

Why Join Home at ESO

  • Opportunity to help build a new product category within an established company
  • High ownership and visibility across design and product development
  • Work directly with teams experienced in large-scale retail and manufacturing
