Job description

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Grounds Labor team member to assist with the overall maintenance and appearance of the property grounds. This position plays an important role in maintaining a clean, safe, and visually appealing environment for members, guests, and team members.

The Grounds Labor position is responsible for supporting the maintenance of landscaping, outdoor areas, and general property grounds. Duties may include mowing, trimming, planting, debris removal, and assisting with general outdoor maintenance projects.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of property grounds and landscaping
  • Mow grass, trim edges, weed flower beds, and maintain outdoor areas
  • Plant, water, and maintain trees, shrubs, flowers, and other landscaping materials
  • Remove trash, debris, leaves, and other materials from grounds and common areas
  • Operate landscaping and grounds equipment safely and efficiently
  • Assist with irrigation, drainage, and seasonal grounds projects as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance and storage areas
  • Follow all workplace safety procedures and equipment operating guidelines
  • Support additional grounds and facility maintenance projects as assigned
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
  • Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, or outdoor labor experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of landscaping equipment and tools preferred
