Job Description

·                     Manage and grow relationships with existing customers in the outdoor industry and consumer products sectors

·                     Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to maximize profitability and strengthen partnerships

·                     Identify and onboard new manufacturing suppliers across China to diversify and strengthen the supply chain

·                     Pursue and secure new retail distribution opportunities to expand market reach

·                     Present product lines to prospective customers and develop compelling sales strategies

·                     Analyze market strategies, forecasts, and trends to capitalize on business growth opportunities

·                     Optimize costs and margins while consistently meeting revenue and performance targets

·                     Collaborate cross-functionally across all areas of the business to solve problems, coordinate efforts, and serve as a liaison between departments

Key Requirements 

·                     International business experience required, with preference for candidates who have worked with China-based partners and suppliers

·                     Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis

·                     Minimum of 10 years of experience in the outdoor industry, buying, merchandising, or vendor management
