Position Overview

As a Residential Support Specialist II, you will be responsible for proactively supporting our team with a variety of tasks such as advance data entry, mid-level accounting, internal and external communication, administrative support, and additional projects as assigned. The associate is responsible for engaging with customers to provide the best customer experience. This position will occasionally acts as secondary support for all Residential Support Specialist I associates.

Responsibilities

  • Uses intermediate computer/math skills to key customer names, addresses, statistical information, business information, account numbers, or other data.

  • Follows procedures to update customer business data for sales and production when technology is unable to be utilized.

  • Resolves both routine and escalated questions and problems and assists Residential Support Specialist I associates with more complex questions.

  • Reviews and analyzes daily reporting to ensure customer expectations are met based on requests for the sales, production, and customer service departments.

  • Handles mid-level billing requests that include refund requests, research for missing payments, credit requests and credit card chargebacks

  • Analyzes multiple customer data reports daily basis to properly manage customer accounting details.

  • Works under minimal supervision and follows standard procedures and written instructions to accomplish assigned tasks.

  • Assists, as needed, with inbound billing calls as overflow support to customer service.

  • Routinely makes outbound calls to customers to ensure satisfaction and closed loop resolutions.

  • Performs other clerical duties as needed.

Pay Ranges$27,669.00 - $51,188.00

This range is based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law.Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range.The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience.An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. In addition to monetary compensation, we offer benefits, including Medical/Dental/Vision insurance and Company-matching 401(k) in addition to other programs and perks.
