Job Overview:

The Outbound Sales Agent will perform outbound calls to prospective/current members interested in supporting Conservative causes by buying new lines of service. Leads come through our website, from events, and various lead generation sources. Ideal candidates are highly motivated, well-spoken, and want to join a growing service-centric team. They will enthusiastically communicate the four pillars of Patriot Mobile's mission statement and set expectations regarding the activation process. The primary function of our Outbound Sales Agent is to help prospective customers or current members make the decision to switch and/or add additional products and services, select the proper plans and services best for them and deliver a positive experience.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

· Achieve monthly sales and performance goals as outlined by management.

· Provide exceptional quality and service with every interaction. Successfully pass identified QA metrics designed specifically for the Patriot Mobile sales team.

· Adhere to all departmental policies and procedures, including Schedule Adherence (see below)

· Present information to prospects/members in a clear, concise, and professional manner.

· Value every call and lead; treat members with empathy and care.

· Respond to outbound lead follow-up promptly on assigned leads and consistently follow up with pipeline opportunities, while providing potential members with the information needed to confidently close the sale.

· Use a consultative sales approach to build rapport and determine the device/plan that best meets members' needs.

· Ensure all CRM requirements are adhered to and completed, including, but not limited to, member account information, leads, orders, upgrades, deals, and tasks.

· Stay current with Conservative causes and industry information, news, technology, and events.

· Responsible for completing required training and staying up to date with posted information and daily updates in the department and organization.

· Contribute to and help the MS team achieve Service Levels by being available to take inbound queue calls, when needed. Includes support in call queue during peak hours as required.

· Field inbound calls during high call volume spikes.

· Perform other duties as assigned by Patriot Mobile management.

The Patriot Mobile leadership team goes to great lengths to staff to meet customer demands and enable our sales agents to maximize their commission structure. As such, schedule adherence is a way we respect and honor not only our customers, but our team members and ourselves.


The following expectations are set forth as part of our minimum job requirements:

· Adhere to individual posted schedules, including break times

· After call work should not exceed 3 minutes

· Display discretionary effort through a willingness to occasional work extra hours outside of regularly scheduled times


Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Understand business-to-consumer selling process and phone sales techniques.
  • Strong desire to succeed through self-motivation, customer service, and a great work ethic.
  • Highly proficient computer skills with multiple programs open, including Microsoft Office.
  • Dependable, including excellent attendance.
  • Ability to quickly learn, analyze situations, and make decisions which support the mission of Patriot Mobile.

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of inside sales experience preferred, but not required.
  • Associate's degree required from a regionally accredited college or equivalent combination of work and education experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred from a regionally accredited college.

Physical Requirements:

· Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time.

· Must be able to work in a variety of spaces to include cubicle, counter, and or desk areas.

· Must be able to lift and move items up to 25 pounds.
