We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic Sales Representative to drive new customer acquisition and help accelerate Alivo’s growth.

This role is responsible for owning the sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, product demonstrations, closing new business, and ensuring a smooth transition to our Account Management and Onboarding teams after the sale.

This role is critical to our growth engine. You will be directly responsible for generating revenue, building strong customer relationships from day one, and helping businesses understand how Alivo can transform their operations and customer experience.

What You'll Do
  • Own New Customer Acquisition
    • Generate qualified opportunities through outbound sales efforts including calls, emails, and follow-up sequences
    • Respond quickly and effectively to inbound leads and inquiries
    • Identify key decision makers within target accounts and build strong relationships early
    • Manage the full sales cycle from first touch to close
  • Lead Discovery & Product Demonstrations
    • Conduct discovery conversations to understand business needs, operational challenges, and goals
    • Deliver product demonstrations that clearly communicate value and ROI
    • Position Alivo as a revenue-driving solution, not just a software tool
    • Handle objections confidently and guide prospects toward a buying decision
  • Drive Revenue & Close Deals
    • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
    • Maintain strong pipeline discipline and prioritize high-value opportunities
    • Create urgency and maintain strong follow-up throughout the sales cycle
    • Build trust with business owners and decision-makers to close new business effectively
  • Ensure Smooth Customer Handoff
    • Coordinate with Account Management and Onboarding teams for seamless post-sale transitions
    • Set proper expectations with customers before handoff

Requirements

What You Bring

    • 1–3+ years of sales experience
    • Business-fluent English
    • Confidence in both outbound prospecting and closing new business
    • Experience conducting discovery calls and leading sales conversations
    • Background in SaaS sales, recurring revenue products, or high-ticket services
    • Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot
    • Experience selling to business owners, office managers, and other decision-makers
