We are looking for a motivated and customer service focused Account Manager/Inside Sales Representative to help B2B and B2C clients find the perfect solution to their wall décor needs and to help us grow! Job Description
As a member of our Inside Sales Team, you'll communicate via phone and email with prospects and customers who need help finding the right images or the best material for their application, or who have other questions about our products and services. Most leads are generated from our marketing, but our team is encouraged to seek out new customers through prospecting and referrals as well.
Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming phone calls and emails about Murals Your Way products, services and orders
  • Make outbound calls to existing customers and prospects
  • Produce written quotes for prospects
  • Follow up and coordinate order processing through all phases of the production process
  • Manage and coordinate communication between the client and the graphics and production departments
  • Maintain an up-to-date client database by recording key activities, transactions, and communications with clients
  • Pursue opportunities for upsell, renewal or new business, whenever possible

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in an inside sales or customer service role that included making outbound calls
  • Previous prospecting of B2B clients is a HUGE plus
  • Must possess a high sense of urgency and the ability to keep organized while performing multiple tasks
  • Previous experience working in a CRM or database to enter and maintain sales activities and client communication
  • Ability to effectively navigate the internet
  • Knowledge of the print business is helpful
  • Interest in design and décor is a big plus
  • We are only looking at candidates in the Twin Cities metro area
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Base Salary: $45,000
Annual Commission Range: $15,000-$75,000
