  • Ensure compliance withDOT and OSHA safety standards
  • Maintain operational discipline and driveservice excellence

What We're Looking For

  • Experience intransportation, warehouse, dock, or logistics operations
  • Prior leadership OR strong leadership potential
  • Understanding ofLTL operations, cross-dock, or freight movement
  • Ability to lead, coach, and develop employees
  • Strong multitasking skills in afast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
