Position: Account Coordinator
Location: Rincon, GA
Job Type: Full-time, Non-exempt, 100% On-site
Pay Rate: $30.00 per hour
Hours: M-F, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM Eastern Time
Position Summary
Aertssen is seeking an energetic Account Coordinator to join our growing team. The Account Coordinator position serves as the primary liaison between customers and internal departments, ensuring timely and accurate communication, order processing, and problem resolution to support client satisfaction and business growth.
Responsibilities
Client Coordination
  • Acts as the first point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Conducts and leads regular meetings with clients to understand their needs and provide updates.
  • Manages client expectations and escalates issues when necessary.
  • Maintains accurate client records and documentation.
  • Coordinates client visits.
Administrative and Operational
  • Processes and follows up on customer work orders, as well as in- and outbound goods.
  • Logs all movements and services in the warehouse management system (WMS).
  • Coordinates with internal departments, such as repair, paint, pre-delivery inspection (PDI), and shipping, to obtain updates on the status of goods.
  • Monitors inventory levels and assists with stock counts.
  • Prepares invoice calculations.
  • Assists in resolving issues or answering questions.
All this is always carried out in accordance with our company's quality, environmental, and health policies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business management, logistics management, or a similar field is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of logistics, warehouse management, and technical services.
  • Fluent with WMS software programs, Excel, and Word.
