Job description

OUR COMPANY:

EOS IT Solutions is a Global Technology and Logistics company, providing Collaboration and Business IT Support services to some of the world's largest industry leaders, delivering forward-thinking solutions based on multi-domain architecture. Customer satisfaction and commitment to superior quality of service are our top business priorities, along with investing in and supporting our partners and employees.

We are a true International IT provider and are proud to deliver our services through global simplicity with trusted transparency.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for the accurate and timely coordination of domestic and international shipments, inventory deployment, and warehouse operations. This role supports the end-to-end logistics lifecycle, from receiving and processing inbound stock to deploying assets and performing physical inventory. The Logistics Coordinator ensures effective communication across global inventory teams, shipping partners, and internal stakeholders while maintaining compliance with safety, procedural, and client-specific requirements. A successful candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive, service-oriented mindset in a fast-paced, warehouse-centered environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Shipping & Deployment Coordination

  • Organize and execute the shipment of goods both domestically and internationally, ensuring documentation, labeling, and compliance with all client and regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate the deployment and delivery of hardware and equipment to client sites, aligned with project timelines and service-level expectations.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for on-site Shipping and Receiving teams and Dock Masters to ensure smooth handoffs and accurate tracking of consignments.
Inventory Management & Fulfillment
  • Participate in regular and ad hoc physical inventory audits, including weekly spot checks and monthly cycle counts, under the guidance of the Inventory Supervisor.
  • Support replenishment of remote stockrooms and assist with outbound inventory staging and quality control (QC), including outbound task validation and parts readiness.
  • Process and fulfill materials and equipment requests using internal data entry and inventory systems, ensuring real-time traceability and record accuracy.
Warehouse Operations & Task Management
  • Execute warehouse logistics support activities according to a structured daily checklist, including receiving, staging, labeling, and order fulfillment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace, adhering to 5S standards and contributing to overall warehouse safety and operational discipline.
  • Provide basic device or IT troubleshooting to prevent delays in outbound readiness or deployment.
  • Support the safe and compliant execution of e-waste, protected waste, and recycling activities as needed.
Communication & Escalation
  • Monitor and maintain logistics task queues daily, ensuring updates are logged and tasks are addressed promptly.
  • Escalate issues such as aging requests, missed communications, task blockers, configuration integrity (CI) issues, and other priority conflicts to supervisors or relevant teams.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to internal clients, third-party vendors, integrators, and global inventory teams through timely and clear communication.
Administrative & Technical Competency
  • Accurately input and manage logistics data across relevant platforms, ensuring inventory systems reflect real-time status updates.
  • Navigate Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite to support communication, reporting, documentation, and workflow coordination.
  • Successfully complete all required operational training, including but not limited to Meta, EOS, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Local Delivery Support
  • Perform scheduled local deliveries (within a 25-mile radius) twice weekly, using a designated team service vehicle and following all safety and procedural protocols.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

  • Attention to Detail: Accuracy is critical-especially when processing incoming and outgoing shipments, verifying packing lists, and updating inventory records. You should be meticulous when labeling, organizing, and tracking inventory.
  • Physical Capability: Ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting boxes (up to 50 lbs), standing or walking for extended periods, and operating basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, dollies).
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using warehouse management systems (WMS), handheld scanners, and basic shipping software.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to maintain a clean, efficient, and safe workspace. Strong skills in organizing stock, staging shipments, and managing inbound and outbound logistics workflows.
  • Time Management: Proven ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Capable of meeting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and adapting to shifting demands throughout the day.
  • Team Player Attitude: Works well in a team setting and communicates clearly with supervisors, drivers, and fellow warehouse staff. Willing to assist in various areas to support team success.
  • Professionalism & Reliability: Consistently dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious. Demonstrates a strong work ethic and takes initiative to ensure operations run smoothly.

DESIRABLE CRITERIA:

  • Experience in Logistics or Warehouse Operations: Prior experience in shipping, receiving, inventory control, or general warehouse operations is strongly preferred. Familiarity with order fulfillment, freight handling, and material movement is beneficial.
  • Forklift Experience and Previous Certification, plus.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using warehouse management systems (WMS), handheld scanners, and basic shipping software. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace for documentation and communication is preferred.
