Overview

The Selling Supervisor will play a key role in leading and inspiring a team to provide an exceptional shopping experience. The Selling Supervisor will ensure sales targets are met, maintain high visual and operational standards, and support the overall performance of the store.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Drive sales by leading by example and assisting customers with a personalized shopping experience.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and trends to educate and inspire both customers and team members.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate sales associates to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to enhance team performance and customer service standards.
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to implement sales strategies and action plans.
