The Hotel Pricing Analyst evaluates market data, competitor pricing, and historical booking patterns to set and adjust room rates in real time. This entry-to-mid-level functional role maintains system integrity, and executes daily pricing tactics, including identifying rate parity violations of distribution partners, to drive profitability for our independent properties.

  • Analytical Skills: Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) for ad-hoc data manipulation.
  • Independent Drive: Ability to work autonomously without corporate-office oversight, typical of an independent hotel environment.
