This position requires an active State Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) license. Applications without a current OTA license will not be considered.


Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) - Full Time


HTS is currently seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team at a highly-rated senior living community located in Fort Wayne. This OTA will address the unique therapeutic needs of a diverse population including assisted/independent living, short term rehab, and long-term care. Our goal is to improve the quality of life for our seniors by fostering their physical health, independence, and overall well-being.

Applicants must have an active Indiana Occupational Therapy Assistant license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include a degree from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy assisting program, subsequent passing of the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) examination, and fulfilling the state's requirements for licensure.
