Build and update forecasts, demand calendars, and pricing recommendations for each hotel.

Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, local events, seasonality, and business mix.

Optimize third-party distribution, commissions, and channel mix to improve profitability.

Coordinate with sales, reservations, operations, and marketing teams on promotions, group rates, and tactical opportunities.

Strong hotel revenue management and OTA distribution knowledge.

Advanced Excel and reporting skills, with comfort using forecasting tools.

Knowledge of PMS, CRS, channel manager, booking engine, GDS, and OTA extranets.

Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and commercial judgment.

Good communication skills for working with ownership, GMs, sales, and reservations teams.

Experience And Education

A strong candidate has hotel revenue management, distribution experience, and multi-property experience with a background in hospitality.

Qualifications

3+ years in hotel revenue management, OTA management, or distribution.
