Description of Role:
SRI Telecom seeks an experienced Project Manager to contribute expertise across cross-functional project teams. Responsibilities include assisting OSP Design Engineers in tracking, reporting, and analyzing key metrics for numerous projects. Utilizing strong Excel skills, the role involves processing milestone data, identifying project focus areas, and presenting insights and dashboards to upper management. The position values technical proficiency and a proactive approach to process establishment for effective project management.
Responsibilities:
  • Host cross functional project meetings to get weekly updates on fiber builds & final activations.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to retrieve updates and track projects and status.
  • Maintain Data Integrity across data bases using v-lookup and other comparison tools.
  • Perform general data mining to generate visual reports to key stakeholders.
  • Learn and develop an understanding of all systems, tools and processes (i.e. reporting, capacity and ticketing tools, etc.) that support workflow of projects.
  • Suggest improvements.
