Operating Room Technician (ORT) - 5/8's (930541)

Position Information:

Operating room technicians (ORT) are licensed practical nurses with advanced skills who provide assistance to surgeons, nurses and other medical personnel during a surgery. Often called scrubs or surgical technologists, operating room technicians handle a variety of responsibilities: setting up surgical instruments before a surgery, transporting patients to the operating room and assisting surgeons with surgical procedures (i.e., passing instruments, holding retractors, cutting sutures, etc.)

Shift:  5x8's  --  0630 - 1500 --   Mon - Fri

On Call as Needed

Needs to be able to scrub most specialties including Ortho, General, Uro, Podiatry, ENT

CST Certification - Preferred

BLS - Required
