Job description

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our team in our Houston Office. Responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, delivering customized staffing solutions and driving revenue growth in the energy sector, the ideal candidate will have proven relevant experience in sales with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth. With a strong understanding of staffing solutions and recruitment processes, the ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities will include:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with potential and existing clients.
  • Understand clients' staffing needs and develop customized solutions to meet their needs.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Lead the sales process from prospecting and proposal development to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
  • Showcase the value of our staffing solutions and differentiate our services from competitors.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to effectively position our services.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including recruitment and operations, to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
