We are looking for a result focused and team orientated leader. You will provide leadership to a team of employees within one location by coaching and promoting all DUNKIN' brand standards. Daily operations include working with District Leader in ensuring all sales targets are being met and operations run smooth throughout the store location.

What are we looking for?
• Result orientation store leader that can drive their team to success
• A leader who trains and develops their team to Dunkin' Brand standards while looking for potential growth opportunities within the staff.
• Emphasis on low retention. Retaining employees to create longevity and secure positions for employees
• Customer service orientation leader who believes the value in all guests receiving topnotch service
• Problem solver and works with upper management collaboratively to create a goal orientated atmosphere
• Innovative leader that takes initiative in any technology changes to better operations
• Prior Store Manager experience preferred
Core Job Responsibilities
• Able to perform all restaurant store team member, Shift Lead, and ITL duties
• Ensure store location correctly execute all new product launches and processes in the marketing windows and LTO's
• Drive communication with staff using all deployment plans, teams service, and speed of service
• Exceptional time management and problem solving skills.
Education/Experience
• Basic Computer Skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English Language
• ServSafe Certification Preferred
• Prior Dunkin' managerial experience a plus!
