Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Engineering team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.

Duties

  • Provide executive administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Transcribe meeting notes and prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Manage phone systems, including answering calls, directing inquiries, and taking messages when necessary.
  • Assist in event planning by coordinating logistics for meetings, conferences, and other corporate events.
  • Maintain organized filing systems both digitally and physically to ensure easy access to important information.
  • Serve as a personal assistant by handling various tasks that support the executive team’s daily operations.
