We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in Winooski, Vermont through a Contract position. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable serving as a central point of contact for visitors, callers, and internal teams. The successful candidate will help keep administrative workflows running smoothly by managing communications, maintaining records, and handling a variety of clerical tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
• Manage front-office activities by greeting visitors, directing inquiries, and creating a welcoming and well-organized environment.
• Respond to incoming phone calls, route messages appropriately, and provide timely assistance to callers.
• Perform a range of administrative support tasks, including organizing documents, preparing correspondence, and maintaining office files.
• Enter and update information in company records with a strong focus on accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate routine office activities such as scheduling, document handling, and general clerical support for the team.
