Job description

Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of golf cars, utility and personal transportation vehicles, professional turf-care equipment, and ground support equipment. Textron Specialized Vehicles markets products under several different brands. Its vehicles are found in environments ranging from golf courses to factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to hunting preserves.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for full-cycle customer daily invoicing activities, to include but not limited to local parts sales, service invoicing, and more.
• Assists with local system administrative activities, such as employee and asset data entry.
• Coordinates receiving activities by storing and stocking materials in their proper locations while ensuring system accuracy.
• Ensures inventory accuracy by conducting frequent cycle counts and material aging assessments.
• Completes daily data entries in customer secondary software.
• Supports local and organizational leadership with end of month activities. To include, but not limited to inventory reports, productivity, and invoicing summaries.
• Assists leadership with customer follow-up regarding aging accounts receivable as required.
• Coordinate badging system processes and audits through site specific authorities.
• Maintain and order department supplies and materials while ensuring the organization and cleanliness of the general office appearance.
Education: High School Diploma/GED required.
Years of Experience: 2 or More Years of Relevant Experience required.
Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, and Salesforce required.
Previous experience with customer secondary systems preferred.
Additional Requirements: Must be able to obtain and maintain an airport issued ID Badge.
