By working with executive teams, organizational leadership and ultimately, team members, we interrupt the current condition of an organization causing accelerated change in behavior and breakthrough performance.

Job Description

The Intern will be essential to developing and implementing marketing campaigns to ensure ThinkHuman's growth and success. The Intern will report directly to the Marketing lead and will be an integral part of the ThinkHuman team.
This is a paid internship. We are open to full or part time and working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
Social Media: Develop and implement ThinkHuman's social media presence (especially LinkedIn and Facebook).
Newsletter: Support the rebranding, drafting, and monitoring of the bi-weekly newsletter.
Website: Support the content development, website edits. Work with the search engine optimization consultant to ensure success.
Marketing Materials: Drafting communications and marketing materials for conferences, trainings, and prospects.
Marketing Plan Development: Participate in brainstorming sessions to ensure marketing efforts are successful.
Operations: Streamline and organize internal systems to ensure organizational success.
Research: Conduct research and data collection in support of upcoming book and documents.
Event Management: Support launch of DisruptHR event in Westchester County.

Qualifications

Qualifications/Skills:
Interest in social and organizational psychology, leadership development, company culture
Prior experience in marketing and communications (preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Self-starter (the job will be largely conducted remotely)
